Thanks a lot for the reply. Frustrated all the arguments so far are on procedure or methodology level, which is more subjective to judge personal exercise based on the review so far. Was hoping for some errors on factual level.

Now I think we seriously have a bone with uspto and fda, far more than a amicus curie. Uspto grated the patent, two rounds (now two-round is a good thing), and Kura was in non patent citation, no excuse to overlook; then fda based on uspto decision, recommended / requested / processed marine, anchor, reduce it trials.

On a higher level, in patent litigation, the obvious part should be either waived or redirected back to uspto.
