The new rig will be deployed at the existing MJ#1 Site. This is good news since a new site does not have to be constructed. A good portion of the 3D survey area can be reached from the MJ#1 site using horizontal drilling techniques, and ZN will prioritize targets than can be reached. Also they plan to move quickly to set up the rig in April. I have not seen news yet about where the crew to run the rig is coming from, so actual drilling may be substantially later than April.

In March 2020, we purchased an onshore oil and gas drilling rig, drill pipe, related equipment and excess inventory for a purchase price of $5.6 million, of which $1 million is in escrow pending testing by us of the rig. We plan to have the rig imported into Israel and set up at the MJ#1 well site during the second quarter 2020. However, the expected time frame is subject to Israeli regulations intended to combat the coronavirus outbreak
