Do I need to explain once again what happened?

Someone called an MM--I don't know what MM, because OTC Markets wouldn't tell me--that he wanted to trade (probably dump) a significant amount of CRGP. So the MM filled out an application to quote the stock on an unsolicited basis.

And without investigating further, OTC Markets rubber-stamped the application. Stupid.

So, who wants to trade the stock, and why? My guess would be that one or more toxic note holder is preparing to dump. FYI: there were considerably more sells than buys on Friday:
