I've followed the story for five years. And I dislike the kind of incompetence shown by OTC Markets. CRGP, along with a number of the players involved, should have been taken down by the SEC, perhaps with the help of the DOJ. Unfortunately, the SEC seems to think that when a scam is dumped to the Greys, it'll never be heard from again. They have an actual policy regarding "defunct companies":

That is so wrong, in so many ways.
