Mc73- I am highly confident Amarin would prevail if ANDA launched at risk. This has nothing to do with management, just the fact ~ 18 Marine patents will still remain in OB even if Amarin does not appeal. Amarin won infringement, this is something that easily predicts the likelihood that other Marine OB patents would also prevail on an infringement suit.

I want BOD mix changed, not all of them gone. I want retail rep on board, this is a must. Management and BOD took an obscene risk by not settling this case, they did this without retail representation.
