So I see. Those idiots!!! Obviously somebody wants to trade it unsolicited. But it has no active Form 211, far as I know. It was never suspended by the SEC, but it was halted by FINRA for more than four days.

I guess I'll have to make another call to OTC Markets. And on second thought, perhaps I'll just write to FINRA.
