No way. It doesn’t fit the generic scheme. Amarin refused to settle 1) they refused to payout cost of settlement 2) they where overconfident in winning both infringement & obviousness 3) management got big payday only if they won suit and not settled

Management failed to mitigate risk and got greedy because their ultimate goal was to sell at highest price after generic suit was finished.

Amarin did strategically win ANDA case, they won infringement and tons of Marine IP is still valid to win treble damages if ANDA’s are dumb enough to launch.

We need new management that wants to mitigate risks and not bet the whole farm to get huge payday.

Amarin has pretended to GIA it’s really really harmed longs...no NASH partner, no Alzheimer’s partner, no cancer partner.

BOD’s needs to be completely gutted.
