Doctors don’t get sued for infringement in this instance. It’s an unpalatable and insurmountable burden for AMRN to do so. And I’m not sure that states with laws for automatic generic substitutions care that the REDUCIT patents are being infringed. Or the REDUCIT indication is being met by scripts based on marine indication. It’s a no win situation there.
