Absolutely, tmac. I am big advocate of honor, honesty, loyalty, and transparency. Unfortunately adhering to such values exacts a heavy price in this brutal world when dealing with the dishonorable.
What I am now grappling with now, is whether there was a legally actionable breach of duty by not settling, or was this just an honest exercise of business judgment that simply did not work out due to the outrageous illegality of Judge Du's decision.
