The issue is whether settlement with these two generics was viable

All we "know":
- AMRN settled with TEVA (fact)
- "Dr. Reddy's has shown a proclivity not to settle over the past 18 months or so. This is in line with conversations with Dr. Reddy's mgmt who has suggested they are not willing to settle." (Jefferies, November 28, 2019)
