When acetaminophen is paired with aspirin and caffeine in Extra Strength Excedrin it's a wonder drug, for me, when taken before a bike ride or a walk.

Directions say 2 tablets every 6 hours. I mostly do one for the day.

Caffeine, 65 mg's, 1 cup of coffee, speeds the pain relievers and enhances what 1 cup of coffee has given me.

The aspirin is more than the 85mg recommended for thinning the blood platelets. So I limit it to when I know I'm going to burn it off.

Funny, maybe not, that you have to peel the label back to read the recommended dosage.

250 mg Acet. and 250 mg aspirin/tablet.
