It was a poor decision from CEO Roger and Amfil to have hired them then and to have kept them for 3-years knowing this. The end result was the same at everyones expense. At the time when RBSM was hired everyone praised them as one of the best. Remember this as well. It is too late to change what happened but hopefully moving forward CEO Roger will make better decisions. Has FUNN even hired an auditor for 2019? The lack of communication from CEO Roger is telling.

Hope FUNN is able to turn this around.
