A lot of what has already been discussed throughout the Board tonight, such as Judge Du's ridiculous reliance on Mori. The concept that EPA lowering trigs, but not raising LDL, was "clearly and convincingly" obvious in 2008. Incorporate by reference each and every syllable of Amarin's superb post-Trial Brief.

The more I dig, the more I exchange feedback with fellow Board members, the more convinced I am that there was a supreme dereliction of duty on the part of Judge Du. And it's a crying shame that so much hurt has been inflicted by this disgrace to the bench, yet gratification, if any, is not instant, but rather, far off. With one stroke of the pen, this judicial miscreant took her best shot at destroying an amazing company as well as the financial well-being of its shareholders.
