Ok I'll walk you through this,,,you are correct but there is a however...

I'm a subcontractor (and I was)
I'm legal have my numbers etc
As a subcontractor I receive 1099s
From all the companies I've worked for
Over the last year with the yrs total
Those are what I use to figure my taxes
All of them added together make my Net Income

How it's abused, we call it "Working" Under a 1099

I'm the same sub contractor but I want
To use Illegal Aliens
(keep in mind if you have legal employees
You are taking taxes out of their check,
Saving it and sending it to Uncle Sam)
To use Illegals, you call each one of them
A subcontractor, I send them a 1099 at
the end of the year stating what they've
Made and it's up to them to Pay their taxes.....
Guess what they do but I'm legal....

Anyone can say what they want, but this is
How it works and I did it (except my guys
Weren't illegal) And I worked under them
As an Employee/subcontractor too....

There are other ways to use Illegal help
This is just one and it's used A LOT
