Nope, the low end was 19,000 ...

I will be more than happy if I will be wrong (no question I will be at one time) but I said: 03/20: 19,000 guaranteed … 20,000 likely … 21,000 is not impossible … 22,000 do not be surprised. (could be worse)

Just sayin … as of "now": 19,429

03/21: 25,000 guaranteed … 25,500 likely … 26,000 is not impossible … 27,000 do not be surprised.
