Richard Burr's situation looks especially bad. I looked N2 Inhof's (R-OK) sales. they were made on Jan 27.

At the time there were ~4000 cases and 106 deaths. The deaths were all in China.

The first case, outside China, was on Jan 20. The first case in the US was on Jan 21. IMO, there wasn't enough CV-19 info out there to cause people to dump shares, in US companies.

From my understanding, all the sales were properly reported on Senate Stock Sales Disclosure Form
