Well, I understand your views, however I know a serious guy who already bought companies while they were named+E, since it can sometimes give you the chance to step in a good stock at a bargain price.
Thousands of companies have a name+E, since you know how men are in the business, always busy on projects and new deals, and therefore they do matter of accounting things at the very last moment only and quite often too late... But this is not a real problem here imo, this thing wont go pink, and even if it should, it would not stay pink long. But I saw several posts reassuring on that point: their limit is the pink zone, so they will publish 10Q before that limit.
