Okay, here is a fact. You can preceive it anyway you like. But, based on other statements made and things that I hear, I now preceive the following statement made by Steven to me to have been a lie.
From the shareholders meeting in 1999....We will have 3,000,000 chips deployed by the end of the year.
To me, that was lie. If it wasn't a lie, Steven must have believed he had the ability to convince the market to deploy the technology then. So....he either failed at what he thought he could do or he lied.
As others have pointed out to me today, it was foolish of me to believe the technology should have been deployed by now. If that is true, then one can conclude that Steven is either foolish (like me), or a liar. Take your pick. You can't have it both ways.
