Xu has brought some success in $SPOM but that came at a price for $HDII at the time and he didn't even notify shareholders of the change until it happened so most missed out. What I worry about as financials continue to take forever here is he will pass the merging company coming in here to another ticker. Many have lost confidence in SBES. I'm not even indicating Rocky SaaS will be the merging company as Xu has never once put out hints of that but something will come in here it will just take time. Many OTC RM stocks are being affected by Covid-19. This seems all to be with trying to get financials up to date and possibly with quarantine that will also delay geting merger documents signed in person.
