It is a fact this company reported a dearth of revenue and an operational loss last quarter. It is a fact this company doubled the O/S in a matter of mere months, 100M shares! It is a fact the only business asset cost $2M, and with 200M shares, that's a penny stock.

Everything else relative to growth and new revenue is the sort of OTC narrative that hopes to stoke the imaginations of novice investors, hopefully before the next financials get published and the bottom falls out of the PPS.
