They've stated they want to do that, but there's no certainty they will. If the company remains at this PPS level, it won't happen. I do expect an uptick, but uplisting to the NYSE also foresees knowing you have the type of company that will stay there and not risk getting delisted. I'm not being a downer, just a realist.
