20K @ 4.25 recent basis may be early and attained
by more frequent trading than many, but I will look for
that 3.50 target to add with 2 X 10K left to personal
fully invested. If we don't get 3.50 I'll be fine buying again
holding $4 and trade accordingly. I have no personal interest
in trying to "optimize" within those targets.

I continue to risk off ALMOST everywhere. Luckily
best of breed rather than speculation is my primary metric.
