I had the same feelings bly03. The SB-2 has several contradictions. I am glad you started posting again bly03. I would think that if the filing is not deemed effective wouldn't that make the filing of the SB-2 null and void? Unless an amendment was attached. I use to track Enron way back when I was getting my B.S. and even their filings where much easier to read than SAVI.
