Not spinning a single thing. The O/S is the O/S, don't care who holds it or if it is currently restricted. It is equity ownership of this company, 205M shares owning a business that was acquired for $2M less than a year ago.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
