Not accurate at all. DBMM did not pay $110k in settlement with Asher on June 22, 2018. See Legal Proceedings in 10-K 2018. DBMM paid $65K in June 2018, following $25K initially for a total of $90K .

See 10-K 2018 for documenting of above. Noted in financials coincidently.

It is important to check facts.
