Moneylenders do benefit from a low pps.

That is a huge conflict of interest for KW.

SOLUTION:

Operate IBEX at breakeven. That would remove any perceived conflict of interest AND provide a lower cost of capital for BIEL.

IBEX accepts millions of dollars in repayment for principal and interest in lieu of converting the notes to shares. This will help solve the ss problem.
