Why hasn’t JJ’s “purchase” filing mads it to the SEC yet?

It's there. You have to click the box that "includes" ownership filings (the default view on SEC.Gov is "exclude" ownership).
https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001072379&type=&dateb=&owner=include&count=40

What's not there is the Form 4 filing for his 2016 purchase.

On December 22, 2016, we issued 1,285,714 shares of common stock at $0.35 to Jerry Jasinowski for gross proceeds of $450,000. We also issued Mr. Jasinowski warrants to purchase an additional 642,857 shares of Common Stock at an exercise price of $0.35 per share with five years term.

The current Form 4 reflects that he still owns the shares purchased in 2016.

Why is it that they don't file Form 4's? Sometimes yes and sometimes no.

The other place to find ownership info is in the yearly Proxy statements. But as I understand it they don't take the place of Form 4 filings.

Can anyone tell me how many actual shares (not warrants, not options) of NWBO the CEO owns now?
