So is this the same plant that SQM has delayed for a year??
I am confused at to why SQM is in this same article anyone have an opinion what is up??? Is it the same plant???

according to a report by Inversiones Security, the shares of the Chilean company SQM have a target price of $ 38,500, which gives a capitalization of almost US $ 16 billion

If THEIR IS ONE THING I AM SURE ABOUT IS I AM USUALLY WRONG
