Listen. Corporate doesn’t know WHEN all the shares on the note have been exercised. Meaning all have been completely sold into the open market. When he said “dilution is over”, he means that the notes have been exercised and there are no new ones as of now. It might take a few days to get through what was left. For me, and my advice for others.....get to stackin’. This will move hard.
