That is 13 months from their last ASM. Other guidelines suggest that one be held each calender year but no enforcement path there. That is where exwannabe likes to express his disdain. Bottom line is that shareholders have the right to have a judge set a date if one is not held by 13 months after the previous one. Linda likes doing things her way so I don't expect that it will come to this. I am almost certain that we will know something in just a little more than 3 weeks or less. Best wishes.
