RGHG: Just spoke with Executive Chairman and he confirmed that the OS is only 21,974,813 and that the majority are 144 restricted. "Not diluting or issuing any new shares." He does not know who is selling, but claims it is not them or any heavy insiders as they are all locked up for now.
