This is a very interesting pod-cast. John Goglia and Greg Feith, both former members of the National Transportation Safety Board, analyze the Lion Air MAX accident.

There was a lot wrong with the airplane besides just the MCAS due to faulty maintenance, faulty corporate pass down procedures, and the crew's basic airmanship and resource management procedures.

It might be boring if you're not an aviator, but it is an excellent case study.
