It's rather obvious that the patients in the ch9 news story have completed the trial and are now in the OLE. How else would they know they are on the drug?

They may infer based on dizziness and feeling better that the patients in question was on A2-73 rather than placebo.

Yes obviously all News stations always check their facts otherwise they would be negligent. A fantastic example of that would be Fox News when they liken Denmark to Venezuela. [Sarc].

Many things are possibly, although unlikely. But, seriously yes I do think it is more likely that the two patients in the News are indeed on A2-73 just as MacFastlane suspects.
