Has he not set the expectation that trial participants can have a strong indication that they are receiving the Active drug if they develop dizziness?

Im really at a loss here. Its already known for years that a symptom of improvement is dizzyness, the whole max dozing stated by Missling etc.
Now patients can read and google, therefore figuring out for themselves if they are on the drug or on placebo if dizzy or not. What rule did Macfarlane violate again by repeating this public known secret...?
