I happen to agree with you on this issue 'R17'

It would be far better to bring up the possibility of a rs when the stock is trading strong, at higher prices and higher Rev's with stronger institutional support and the up-listing in clear view - as verses now - As we are getting hammered by shorts, flippers and B - - - - - s, on a daily basis! - It kinda takes the wind out of our sales to start off the New Year !

I believe in transparency but, at the end of the day, it's all about timing!
