NTRR- Yes, I believe it is part of the acquisition, at the least. I believe the company will acquire the buildings with some acreage to start the process of manufacturing and distribution of their Hemp / CBD products. They wont need the entire tract of land. JMO

We should know what the acquisition entails within a week from now IMO.
