In my opinion we’ve already experienced points 1 & 2 of the Liquidation Preference, ... and We’ are simply waiting for the realization of the last point, point # 3 to be realized, which is the Cash Distributions to the original stockholders, WMI’s original releasing common share owners ...

... the Payments from the ABS-Certs on the 25th of each month that are made like ClockWork using a 360 day World Clock, the Cert payments are made to their Loan Servicer and to the Accredited Investors ... I’m actually finding the timing of all that is going on quite interesting ... let’s see,

... last month’s original Court Date on the 17th, was still inside of the world clock’s timing for the relevant ABS-Cert cycle, the cycle being from the 1st to the 16th, (here in the US) ... so, in my opinion, the Court moved the date to be outside of the world clock to the 19th ...

Now, as a new ABS-Cert cycle began on 01/02/2020, ... this is the first ABS-Cert cycle since the Courts Final Ruling and Closing of the Bankruptcy’s back on the 19th with the Judges signature placed on the document on the 20th signing ... So, ... this would be the first time that the *Mr Cooper Group would actually be able to be paid for servicing any of the WaMu Related Loans, still held within these ABS-Certs ... since *Mr Cooper Group is a 144(a) (US Domestic), ... this Monday the 27th would be the earliest that *Mr Cooper could be paid for its related services ...

... Now, in my opinion ... ? ... *Mr Cooper will benefit from the financial advantages of being the Servicer, ... But’ ... there also needs to be a financial consideration made to the original “Participants” ...
