Hey AZ,

Promising insights and good DD buddy!

I was wondering what the significance of the Cell Captive structure of WMIH /COOP has any influence on how this will play out. I believe the Cell Captive structure can separate legacy assets and revenue streams from the "operational" company. Just like WMIIC and WMB for example. COOP would service the MBS Trusts and revenue would go to the "reinstated" WMI holding, which legacy equity would own.

Also how do you figure the WMI Capital Trust 2001 and liquidation thereof would play out in the future?

And do you know if in any way there is a possibility that the payment streams to WMIIC or WMfsb of the MBS trusts had monthly payments of the 25th's as well?

In that case there should also be a distribution of the generated total of income that was aquired by said MBS trusts, to the legacy shareholders.

What do you think?
