Really hard to reply to this and stay with the TOS rules. Some things In life cannot be helped nor explained away.

Here's a reply that none of it was necessary. If Urban and crew would have distributed only to cert shareholders, the SEC would have stepped in, halted it and appointed a receiver. The cert pull was a Turino induced and inspired idea by Turino from PCBM. As was Turino's idea about the naked shorting Jan 7, 2003 PR.

The light bulb just didn't go off for Bill when SEC questioned him, in an assortment of ways, about denying the electronic holding investors from participating in the wind up.

This deposition was published on all the board, garnered from the FOIA. Which says a lot about the lack of securities law knowledge.

5 Q What happens to people who - what they are going
6 to get in exchange for doing this from Entourage eventually
7 is less than $40.00 or $50.00?
8 A Well there's no response to that except that the
9 company has -- they invested in a pink sheeted company that's
10 not reporting and it's a risk they took, and this is the only
11 way you're going to get anything out of it is by doing this.
12 Q You don't think that the people who don't get certs
13 are still entitled to get a part of the distribution?
14 A Morally speaking, yes. I'm sure we're going to
15 face that at some point. I think there's going to be a lot
16 of discussions among the task force members before some
17 distribution list comes out about that scenario right there.
18 My concern again is for whether there's valid shares, not so
19 much whether they have a cert or not. Is the position they
20 have in their brokerage account actually backed by a real
21 share? That's my concern. So how do we clean that up? I
22 don't know. I'm not satisfied. Right now the company says
23 we're only going to distribute based on that. That's the
24 company's directive.
25 Q Who made that decision?

1 A Urban I'm assuming. Don Stoecklein could tell you
2 obviously better than that. That decision was made when I
3 was invited to be on the task force. They just said here's
4 what we're going to do.

16 Q Who wrote these FAQ'S?
17 A Again I'm going to say John Marin, Kevin West or
18 George XXXXXXX I'm sure all talked about it as far as
19 what the content of them is. I don't see anything that I
20 haven't been told was on there.
21 Q If you notice the first question in part of the
22 answer, the in first paragraph the answer to the first
23 question it says:
24 If you choose not to order certificates
25 you will not participate in the Entourage

2 Do you see that?
3 A Uh-huh.
4 Q Is that true that shareholders that do not pull
5 certificates will not participate?
6 A That's the directions we have been given from the
7 company.
8 Q Why does Urban Casavant get to decide that?
9 A You know I'm a humble servant of the task force.
10 That's what they said is going to be the rules. Now I'm on
11 this task force and I'm not totally convinced that that's
12 going to be the end result when we get down to the point
13 where we can actually get a list and start approving it, but
14 that's what we've bee told by the company.
15 Q Do you have any concerns that some of the share-
16 holders are losing out by having to pay to obtain
17 certificates when it won't ultimately be necessary?
18 A Again I'm on the task force because they asked
19 me -- yes, I'm concerned about that. To answer your
20 question, yes, I'm concerned about that.
21 Q Have you taken any steps to raise that with
22 anyone?
23 A No, we're kind of -- I'm devoting my efforts to
24 getting a valid list of the shareholders and we're going to
25 have all kinds of problems before we actually get to the

1 point of concern some kind of a list. I suspect that
2 that's going to be one of them. That's not been a concern
3 from the other members of the task force or Urban Casavant up
4 to this point.
5 Q Have you ever had any concerns of putting out
6 information that may not be accurate in terms of saying that
7 you have to have certificates in order to participate in the
8 distribution?
9 A Well when you say am I concerned about -- I mean
10 this is what the company said. This is what the company
11 said. I'm just putting out what the company said. I mean I
12 don't--
13 Q But it sounds like you're not sure that that's
14 actually what's going to be accurate.

Regarding Maheu.

5 Q Right and I'll tell you about that in a second.
6 A You're saying other than that, okay. Other than
7 that nothing has been done period. Mr. Maheu or Mr.
8 Stoecklein have never contacted one shareholder. They've
9 never talked to anybody about this matter as far as I can
10 tell

15 A I don't talk to Bob Mahue not because I can't or
16 because, I mean for the first tine I met Bob Maheu, Don
17 Stoecklein is not only his business partner I think he
18 represents him in other stuff. Bob is 87 yeas old or
19 whatever he is. Don let it be known that if you need to get
20 a hold of Bob come though me. So I've honored that request.
21 Bob Maheu actually gave me a card and hand wrote his e-mail
22 address on the on the back of his card, and when I sent an
23 e-mail to Don I cc that to Maheu on there.
24 So does he read them? I don't know but I've
25 honored his -- it's been my decision to work with Don

1 Stoecklein and not spend a lot of effort to try to get a hold
2 of Bob Maheu frankly because I don't think Bob Maheu is doing
3 anything. I like Bob Maheu. I don't think he's doing one
4 cotton picking thing for these shareholders or for this
5 company. I don't know why we have brought him in in the first
6 place.
