He uses his companies during the day to collaborate Penny Stock Scams with Matthew P Dwyer. Matthew P Dwyer uses to love to talk shit about him and did not really like him according to Christopher Clarke.
Derrick Lefcoe is a smart calculated criminal that feels like he has a right to steal from anyone in the stock market because he feels entitled and believes he is smarter than everyone and if you ever talk to him for a while he will even tell you he is the smartest person he knows and because he is so smart he has a right to steal from stupid person trading in the markets.
He also has a slush fund set up in Equador that he hides money by purchasing Cacoa Producing land to hid it from his wife and his companies because he uses his company time to day trade and scam people with Matthew P Dwyer.
Mathew P Dwyer loves to use Derrick Lefoce because Derrick uses his brother's Rolex who is a bond trader in the UK and his contacts in Isreal to bring in new investors and scam them. Mathew P Dwyer made a deal with Derrick to get him to become a Public Company CEO so he can boost his ego a little more than it is already and scam investors in a different way from the Middle East.
All in all, he is an educated egocentric self stroking calm cool calculated stock market criminal cheating his job by day trading on company time and scamming people online. Maybe this is why IAI got hacked a few weeks ago because he was engaged with risky computer behavior online on company computers????

Derrick Lefcoe Biography. During the past ten years, Mr. Lefcoe has been involved in marketing communications. Since 2004 to current date, Mr. Lefcoe has been employed at IAI North America as a Marketing Communications Specialist pursuant to which his duties include, but are not limited to, the following: (i) working with various upper executive management in development and identification of business opportunities; (ii) preparing business intelligence material; (iii) maintaining corporate registration with the United States Government (SAM record); (iv) coordinating visits by foreign nationals to governmental installations and other secure commercial facilities; (v) coordinating trade shows and other similar events; and (vi) preparing public relations and other outreach material.
From approximately 2000 to 2004, Mr. Lefcoe was employed with Watergate Dental Associates.
