Looking back, what it did expose was that Surfit was right about the retired shares being put right back in the market. He was telling the truth.

Went to retired certs list and dates, Kinney and Gutierrez had millions and millions in retired certs. Urban claimed in PR's he retired about 20 Billion. The last date of his retired shares PR was 1/9/2004. 2/11/04 their trading records show the beginning of selling spree from "Received" shares put into their accounts. About the same number as on their retired certs lists. Surfit said Turino taught Urban how to blow out the float by claiming the shares were retired and then really selling them.
