So, the Chapter 7 was never finalized? That is what I'm reading from below. It is still pending??

On June 13, 2017, SOUPQ filed a Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, which was converted from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 on December 14, 2017, and was pending as of January 6, 2020. What does this means for SOUPQ investors? Any thoughts, comments, etc...
