SOUPQ
Soupman Inc. Common Stock
Other OTC
12(j)Registration Revoked by SEC
In TD Ameritrade's think or swim app, SOUP shows up as well as SOUPQ.
Hmmm.
Ihub says potential reverse merger by parent co.
Great news
Up 225% today. Sky is the limit. I bought back in and put my seatbelt on.
I agree with your opinion.
That same lie has been showing up at the same time those green sales bars do for years now. Who knows? Maybe this time it's true but the other dozens of times its been said over the years have proven to be wrong.
SOUPQ may be alive or dead at this point, but one thing is for sure, not one single person on this board that says they know which it is is actually telling the truth.
Please send the link for SEC revoking SOUPQ.Thanks....
$SOUPQ is the unwanted remains of Soupman that Gallant bought out of bk in 2017. They just left the ticker here to rot, like a used condom in a back alley, and took the company private.
As for this worthless paper I have been holding for 3.5 years, I likely would have dumped my 6600 shares (purchased @ .035/sh, mind you, when we thought the company would stay public), but it would have cost me more in fees to sell it than it was worth.
Yes the official word from the SEC is that SOUPQ will probably be revoked by February 12th becuase the company has refused to respond to the allegations before them.
Is there a place I can source that?
Holding about 30k shares here. So they are bringing SOUPQ out of bankruptcy? Have you heard any official word on this or what to expect going forward?
They will now be revoked on February 12th. Didnt bother to respond to the SEC allegations.

Luckydrunk - where have you been the last 3 years? Gallant Brands brought Soupman out of bankruptcy. We are moving North now.

wtf thought this was dead. are they getting ready to come out of bankruptsy
SOUPQ still lives. It is a new year and look what is happening. SOUPQ is alive.
lol I’ll take it
It's becoming a meme stock
Weird buys coming in today. SOUPQ ????
Hopefully we will see movement. The economy is in a hot mess. Gallant Brands had a footprint with the colleges serving soup. Now with COVID-19 and the uncertainty with the economy with many colleges going virtual learning and low enrollment, I'm not for sure what and how sales are with Gallant Brands due to the pandemic.
Happy New Year!!! A new and brighter year on the horizon. Things only will get better for us. Stay safe
We are about to wrap-up another year. I haven't heard or seen any news about SOUPMAN. The web-site is still operational according to https://originalsoupman.com/product-category/soup/
Hopefully, we see some type of movement or hear something from Gallant Brands who purchased Soupman out of bankruptcy. Getting ready to ring-in another New Year. I have not sold not one share. Keeping the faith. Until, please post on board to keep it alive.
It is for someone. 50,000 share buy popped $SOUPQ up 900% today. Unfortunately, the spread was greater than that, so now whoever the proud new owner is, he or she is carrying a bag just like the rest of us.
Great Bruce. Glad you are checking SOUPQ site everyday. I know you believe in the golden ticket too because everyday, your're back.
'Seinfeld' star Jerry Stiller remembered as ‘one of the most kind, loving and funny people to ever grace this earth’Jerry Stiller, passed away from natural causes.
Hows that run working out ? Haha
Did you see SOUPQ today? It is up 500%. Hopefully tomorrow we have the same or better results. Come on for the run. (499.95%)

Should be open today on the Grey Sheets for trading
unless the SEC revokes the stock first.
Anybody know what happened after the suspension?
Currently trading with a market cap of $9.4 million, SOUPQ seems to be a horrible story of bankruptcy that turned into a hidden gem situation. We need to note for those coming to the party a little late that we still need a lot of information about the state of the balance sheet after the bankruptcy.
Additionally, the amount of shares outstanding and whether the debt holders have received new shares were not confirmed. Hence, we encourage readers to wait until we receive more details. Sometimes, people make tons of money in bankruptcy processes, but other times equity holders get wiped out. To sum up, follow the new announcements and make informed decisions!

SOUPQ a Grey Sheet stock now.
It won't actually trade as a Grey until the SEC suspension expires, so, Feb 3, 2020 looks to be the first possible trade day.
That is, unless the SEC just revokes the stock before the end of suspension, since there is no one at the company to respond to the SEC order. They get 10 days from the order to respond - but there is no 'they' there anymore.
I'm thinking revocation some time next week, before the suspension ends.
Golden!
I say the trading in the shares of SOUPQ is Suspended by the SEC action
and that the SEC will revoke the registration of SOUPQ shares, possibly before the suspension is up and SOUPQ has a chance to trade on the Grey Market.
There is no company left to respond to the SEC suspension. Default resolution seems inevitable. Revocation.
Golden!
Time for Reverse Merger. What do you think? Comments welcome, pros and cons comments welcome.....It would be nice for a stock run. What do you say?
Isn't that a different company ?
https://otcmarketresearch.com/the-sec-just-suspended-my-stock-now-what/
Usually the agency sends delinquency notices to the public Issuer before taking action; if the notices are ignored, trading in the company’s stock may be suspended without notice. At the same time, the SEC will initiate an administrative proceeding to revoke registration. The company will be served with a letter informing it that it has ten days in which to make some kind of case for its failure to file. If it does not do so, registration will be revoked by default and the ticker symbol will be deleted. The stock will no longer publicly trade resulting in a 100% loss for anybody that owns the stock.
The vast majority of suspended stocks are those of delinquent filers. Since 2010, 1,723 stocks have been suspended as delinquent filers. To date NOT ONE of the 1,723 suspended SEC Registered stocks has avoided revocation of their stock registration(s)….NOT ONE!!!!!!!!

Not to worry, though... I've heard SOUPQ holders are Golden!
So, the Chapter 7 was never finalized? That is what I'm reading from below. It is still pending??
On June 13, 2017, SOUPQ filed a Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, which was converted from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 on December 14, 2017, and was pending as of January 6, 2020. What does this means for SOUPQ investors? Any thoughts, comments, etc...
