Rubin backed out of one deal already. I can't comprehend why he would abandon this one unless there is another party involved and he doesn't want to be a cog in the machinery or they cannot agree on how to run the company. This could be a good thing, ultimately, if the shell will be used for a new company. At this point, I would be happy to see anything positive.
