Montana - Dr. Lavin recanted his statement that all patients were positively under 450 mg/dl in Hayashi. Amarin has argued that doesn't mean anyone was over 500 and they've argued about the composition of the EPA and the size of the trial. The generics have a tiny chance against a poor opponent, but they're facing the best.

I think the generics eventually settle, they want a piece of a far bigger market than the small one existing today. With JT and Hikma at JPM and Dr. Reddy's making a surprise last minute appearance, I would say something's up.
