Much as I don't like to say it, our friend here has a point.. Some kid fresh out of law school who'd charge $25/hr should be able to file and get an injunction if it's all as cut and dry as it seems. If we were sold the tech/patent first, then we're the owners. Anything further is fraud. Any other company that purchased received stolen goods. What am I missing?
