If we own the tech and own the equipment and they just ran off with it... I fail to see where it's not worth pursuing.
Were our contracts not written well enough?
I get that there's no point in pursuing an old shut-down company, but it seems like we should go after this guy, right? CEO seems to think it's worth pursuing and I imagine steps will be taken towards that.
Frankly, I imagine this would be good for a bump on that kind of news. Whether it deserves it or not is another matter. How many shares do you own and why are you following so closely? (or are you short?)
