For many years BIEL has had devices FDA cleared for 4 different treatments, and the pet version, all with no success.
BIEL held the CE Markk for years and no success.
Why would having the Actipatch cleared by the FDA for yet another treatment and/or regaining the CE Mark be any different?
Time for BIEL 3.0
