As reflected by the current share price, this news release did not contain what it really was that the shareholders wanted - a named network.
Although I still think that this nr is positive as it shows that production will soon start.
Also, maybe I am reading too much into it, but it seems that they indeed do have a network, just that they haven't provided the details for whatever reason that may be.
