BB, I think you're insane as you know, but I do appreciate your legal DD as it's incredibly valuable to the board.

Can I ask you, or any others who would like to opine, does Judge Du presiding over the TEVA case (which settled) have any impact on how she will see this new case?

Aren't many of the arguments/facts the same? Just wondering how it might affect her judgment either way.
